Eden City - the biggest development on the Mediterranean

The Peninsula

The Peninsula will offer tourists a panoramic view of Divina Island from its 5 star international branded hotel.

The Peninsula will consist of five towers (totalling 440 units), each of which will have 14 levels and be connected by a 1st floor shopping and entertainment boulevard. The towers will also include a Lavender Spa providing exclusive wellness treatment packages.

Connected to the towers, the Peninsula Mall will provide shopping as well as entertainment on a 15,000 sqm site. The mall will also be the location of the Health Centre, providing first class treatments from both Eastern and Western medicine.

Divina Island

On Divina Island, luxury residences will provide stunning views of the Mediterranean’s deep blue sea and Divina’s lush green botanic garden. Visitors can choose their ideal spot on the island from various options, including resort apartments, villas, and hotels. For activities, our guests can experience sea life either at Divina Aquarium or via eco-tours from Divina Harbour.

Adjacent to Divina Harbour and its promenade, visitors can tour a Mediterranean village offering a vast array of fine dining at both local restaurants as well as internationally branded restaurants.

Garden of Eden

At the heart of Eden City will be the Garden of Eden, a district dedicated to business, culture, and education. The district will provide a Business Hub for connecting the businesses of Europe, Asia, and Africa. This hub will include an R&D Centre as well as the International Cultural and Congress Centre of Cyprus, which is targeted to be built for the Paphos2017 – Cultural Capitol of Europe events.

The garden district will also enable visitors to take advantage of numerous cultural activities with its Art Academy for developing and displaying the work of young regional artists.

The Garden of Eden will also contain a University Campus for 3,000 students offering courses in art, hospitality and international business. During their studies, students can stay in apartments or dormitories and take advantage of the nearby stadium and sport facility.

Location of Eden City
