"On behalf of a friend in Norway I was assigned to try selling an apartment in Paphos. After checking the internet and asking Norwegians in the area, I decided to contact Cyprus Living. I wondered whether the agent was serious, and if at all capable to sell the apartment. Quite frankly, I was unsure if it would be worthwhile to make the trip from Norway to Cyprus.
So it was with mixed feelings I met with Ole Werring in January this year. But I met a very nice man who gave me a lot of information about property sales in Cyprus and also helped me finding a painter who refurbished the apartment
Since my first impressions after meeting with Ole Werring were entirely positive, I entered into an agreement with Cyprus Living / WestCoast there and then; a decision I never regretted. The apartment was offered for sale online in February / March. - My gut feeling was not particularly good, since there were many homes up for sale. But a little while later I was informed that a serious potential buyer had signed up, and soon after the sale was concluded. Only two months after we started, the sale was a fact. Truth be told, I did not quite believe it until the lawyer had received the necessary information and the contract was signed.
All credit to Ole Werring especially, and his team! Whether you're selling or buying property in Paphos, contact Cyprus Living! My best advice for a safe property sale or purchase. And most important: You will not be fooled! "
